Operating more than one account by the same person, the same household, or from the same device is prohibited. Violating this restriction may result in funds being forfeited from all accounts.

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → Total balance ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳14,000 → ৳10,000 bonus → Total balance ৳24,000

Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 in bets must be completed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be claimed once only, unless the specific terms of the offer state otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — not until the wagering requirements have been met.
• ace97 reserves the right to change or cancel the bonus programme at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, ace97 may forfeit the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 VIP Programme

ace97's VIP programme has five tiers. A weekly cashback benefit applies at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

VIP tier is determined based on the volume and regularity of play. ace97 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities on the ace97 platform are governed by specific rules. It is the user's responsibility to read the individual rules of each game before starting to play.

6.1 Sports Betting

• All bets are final once placed and cannot be cancelled, unless ace97 management permits it under special circumstances.
• ace97 reserves the right to void bets placed due to incorrect odds or technical errors.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, the outcome of the bet will be determined in accordance with ace97's rules.
• Individuals directly connected to a match or event may not place bets on that event.

6.2 Casino Games

• The outcome of all casino games is determined by a certified random number generator (RNG).
• The outcome of a game session interrupted by software or network issues will be determined based on server records.
• Game providers' own rules apply in a manner consistent with ace97's rules.

6.3 Fair Play Policy

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ace97 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where necessary.

• Opening multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
